I just had a piece of pepperoni pizza dipped in Ranch. Coincidentally, I'll probably be fasting until breakfast.

My favorite package of cookies is 2000  :cookie:

I agree with this. It's all averages. According to charts, I'd be healthy at a BMI of 19, but from my own experiences I very well know that's underweight for me.

If you can't get it fixed, go into custom and set it to 1200 or more yourself. Then it will automatically adjust and show you how much you'll be losing each week with that amount of calories.

Pronounceable ingredients, calories, price.

My stomach doesn't like it without milk :(

I gave it up because it was packing on the pounds faster than any food. But I have one of those livers that processes alcohol at a rate 5 times slower than everyone else (science says so), so that may have been why I could literally see the weight gain after a couple of drinks.

I removed white sugar from my diet completely when my blood sugar started to get out of control and I was getting dizzy after an ice cream. I was worried I was headed for diabetes. I still had a bit of raw sugar in my coffee, but other than that the only sugars I had were the ones naturally occurring in foods. It seemed to…

Aw. I have a morbidly obese friend that had IVF and a baby at age 50, so technically if you can find that one ethically challenged doctor, it's never too late. I wouldn't wait until age 50 though. She looked like she had a foot in the grave for about a year after that experience.

It won't let me go below 1200. Did you go the standard or customized route?

I'm going to be spending a summer on a beach that has a disproportionate amount of skinny people. That makes me feel fat.

This. Sell everything in the damn house, find an income, move on, and sue the hell out of him in divorce.

I gain 3 pounds a year if I eat like I want to with not enough exercise. It's not the end, but after a while it starts to add up.

It's English mustard if that makes it seem any better. But, yeah, I think I've become over zealous in avoiding butter. I just want to save most of my calories for foods, rather than toppings.
-
There's some question as to if coffee might be somewhat dehydrating, but I seriously doubt a cucumber is going to affect anything.
-
I've been putting mustard on toast. It's probably weird, but it's a whole lot fewer calories.

The mournful look on the face of the man that is losing me. Bwahahahahahahaaaaaaaaa. I don't have any issues :hushed:

Cleaning out the back of the storage shed. I like multitasking.

I'm fine until I sit down and my belly magically grows by about 3 times.

I went through all of my clothes recently to see which ones fit and how they fit. That was rewarding on its own.

That must be why my teen stole the salt shaker for a while. I ended up lecturing him on the dangers of too much salt. I don't know if it works, but I didn't notice any change in his appearance while he was hoarding the household salt and making cooking difficult.

I second the coconut milk. I have mine with that and one raw sugar and I'm good :)

There's pre-made popcorn flavoring that sticks well. You can get it at most major grocery stores. It comes in a shaker and it's more of a powder than salt. Other things I've put on popcorn: soy sauce (it's salty), nutritional yeast (yes, I'm a hippy), vinegar, seasonings. The problem with air popped is sometimes it's so…

I'm pretty much sedentary in life at the moment and I think I have the level set to normal. I guess I just burn calories like an athlete while slacking off and watching tv. I'm thinking that each week I'll add an extra 100 or 200 calories to the daily limit so I can find where I level off.

I've weighed less before, but below a certain weight I just didn't feel right - had dizziness, etc. even though it was still within the general "healthy BMI category," so I've always sought to stay a little bit above that point. I guess I found the line between a healthy and an unhealthy weight for me.
-
I have a bottom weight limit that I won't go below. There is no way I'm playing the "happy with the mirror" game. There's always going to be something in that mirror that irks me.

I decided to go to the lowest previous weight that I had felt healthy at.

I distract myself with random things - this message board, cleaning my inbox, cleaning the house, organizing things in the back of drawers.

I'm beginning to think I eat like a stoner. Just keep low calorie snacks within reach. If I can remember back that far, foods that were easily accessible tended to win most of the time - at least until some idiot suggested that we get Chinese.

I had the same response to full fat yogurt the other day. Congrats on the 9 pounds!
