I completely agree. I have been losing approximately 4 lbs a week, BUT, I also FEEL better. more energy, I sleep better, no more acid re-flux. congratulations and keep going! :)

A couple things got me started on my journey...I went to the doctors this past May and I could not believe the scale said 206.4. I was so sad and embarassed. I lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks. Basically, the same "issue" I'm not complaining lol....but same thing, 4 lbs a week.

Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home. LOVE her walking videos. Have only done about 5 so far but they are so great! Just walk! (among other exercises mixed with walking). I literally just bought a Fitbit Charge HR 2 days ago. So far, I REALLY like it. The whole Caps thing is killing me! :smiley: I eat greek yogurt and a banana in the morning. SO filling for me. Drink lots and lots of water too. That will really fill you up.

I wake up at 5am and do an hr long walk, which is about 4 miles. I don't eat before. I get in the shower and eat at about 6:30am. Good Luck!

@professionalHobbyist Good for you! I feel the same way. It took a reallllly long time to realize that food is meant as energy. When you think about it that way, there is no need to go out everyday to eat a hamburger or whatever. Eat healthy, good energy for your body! @kpantoja311 Eat to live, don't live to eat!

I agree with @Brolympus . If i am feeling stressed or sad or upset, I work out. Even if it is a 30 min fast paced walk. It always takes my mind off of things! :) Good luck!

I had a cheat day two days ago where i went out to eat and got bread and creamy sauce pasta. It HIT THE SPOT! I felt soooooo guilty. @Krystle1984 I weigh on bathroom tile and I don't usually move it around. And yes, it has cushion/ carpet feet.
