I have bad stomach problems. Have been tested for Crohn's, Colitis, IBS, ulcers, with no negative results. My stomach is all over the place. MFP has helped a little but knowing what is wrong would be nice.

I work out similar to you, except I eat a little less calories...but personally, I don't look at what zone i am in, I just work out my hardest and do my best. I like the results i'm getting (down 8 lbs in a month)...good luck

compared to myself 30 days ago, yes! I live on the 3rd floor and i was SO out of breath when I'd get to the top, now, I am totally fine! I also can do it faster. Also when I am working out (specifically this one video I really like) I can EASILY do knees lifts so fast and easy. When I first started my leg felt like dead…

I don't really give up anything. I just adjust my calories accordingly. The only thing I can really say that is different besides eating less is that now when I go to Starbucks, I get everything with coconut milk. IT IS AMAZING AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO 2%!!!!!!
