taking water 30 min before a meal reduces how much you eat.

I have the hardest time drinking water every day i plan to drink 4 bottles but am always dissapointed when i bearly get 2. I have tried adding lemon and i dont drink pop or juice.0

One bottle is 18 oz so i do get 32 a day. I just i would feel better if i could drink more and when i workout.0
