Change your goals and it will change your cals. If you want to eat more you have to do one of two things 1) burn more cals daily so you can eat more and lose the same amount of weight. 2) lose less weight weekly so you can eat more without having to increase your daily cal burn.

Leave out the veggies they were already accounted for. Your body dosnt have a midnight cutoff.

Is it because things are just gonna be thrown away? Are those cals really worth it if they aren't fresh from the oven and as moist as they can be? How long have you worked there? I know for me after about 3-4 weeks working with food it stopped being tempting because I could no longer smell it, even when it was cooking.

I do one every other week because that's when I go out with my hubby. I keep my day the same as any other day but instead of only 500 cals for dinner I get to have 1300cals to play with. This usually means I can have anything I want and either an appetizer or a desert.

Agreed! Give yourself .5-1lb a week and you will be less likely to feel the need to cheat on hump day. This will stop you from spinning your wheels. It's better to lose ,5 lbs a week than it is to try to lose 1.5-2lbs and end up losing nothing!

I can't function without my psidophedrine in the spring and fall, it would drive me nuts to have to get a prescription!

It's limited the same way psidophedrine is, and for the same reason, it can and is used to make some illegal drugs. Just like any drug, you have to weigh the side effects against what it gives you and make a choice. Ps... in men it is known to cause issues with being able to perform.

It is bronkaid which is ephedrine. This is what ephedra is derived from. If you chose to use it please make sure you stay hydrated!!!
