Bought a 10lb bag and the bag was gone by morning. I don't think in that quantity they are good for weight loss, but I enjoyed every bite!!!

Unless you are too young to cook for yourself (or offer to help in the kitchen) the bolded is just an excuse, and a piss poor one at that. And one meal a day =/= eating skittles all day every day......

That's impressive! Gaining 30#'s and only having the muscle separation softened slightly is unreal!! Now women gain muscle at what, half the speeds of men? If I set a goal to gain 10-12 lbs in a year as a fairly new lifter (~18months experience) it could be possible to have these type of lean bulk gains right?

I would say moderate. Stable chores are no joke!

I find that thinking it should be ok to eat to excess daily is a personal failing. I have found that I do well with moderation daily. I have chosen 8 special events a year that I can eat to excess and I figure they will balance with the rest of the year figuring on days I am sick or just to busy or distracted to eat much.

If you are having issues with constipation it can help but I believe it is the magnesium in it that moves things along.

I started after a wax one time and just never stopped. I never have to deal with the grow in stage between waxes, and it's almost therapeutic.

I am OCD with my tweezers in personal areas. 10 min a day keeps things smooth. Legs I just wax every few weeks.

When I say after bulk I am meaning before cutting back down. I am trying to wrap my head around the gaining fat part of the bulk. I have seen many pre bulk and post bulk/cut to know the benefits are amazing. I just want to see the "ugly duckling" stage of the process to mentally prepare.

Was this your first bulk? I'm on my phone so can't get at your profile. Will you post a link for me? Would you say your bulk was short, average or long? Did you at any point find yourself losing weight for a week or two and needing to adjust your cals?
