You sound like a young boy who pops up every few months that is extremely underweight and wants to lose leg mass. What is your height and weight, and what is your diet like?
-
I eat 100+ grams of fat a day and have no trouble losing because at the end of the day I'm in a cal deficit.

Try to up the reps by 1 each set till you can get 5x7. Once you get there you can try to up the weight and drop to 5x4 and work reps back up. This should help you ratchet the weight up slowly.

While the person who never had to struggle their way back will have good advice on how to live without "falling in" so to speak, they don't have any experience climbing out. I believe there are many people who can help motivate someone to continue to tow the line, but unless you have fallen in the hole and gotten dirty…

If you truly have done everything, to include eating at a cal deficit for an extended period of time, then you should see your dr and have blood tests done.

Yes ketosis is a stage of fat metabolism. If you are in a cal deficit you enter ketosis regularly between meals, especially between dinner and breakfast.

Buttered toast or crackers are what helps me. The butter provides cals and the toast or crackers helps keep the salivation down. (For me it's the excess saliva that makes me nauseous) I also used up puke because of pain. Is it possible your migraine is from an increase of blood volume and pressure? I use excedrine and an…

I find if I get less than 40g of fat for 2 or 3days in a row it starts messing with my regularity pretty badly. TMI alert [if you are eating do not read!!!] I have warned you It has gotten to the point to having what is called impacted bowels. The first time it happened I had to have the Dr manually clear the way....…

Do you get enough fat in your diet to grease the track? It just may be your body doesn't have as much waste because you don't eat as much as you used to. For me things dropped to every 2-3 days.

I cook with cinnamon, cayenne, coco powder, vanilla, and a slew of herbs and spices. It has made my weight loss wonderful, because I enjoy every bite I eat.

The trick to a good rib roast steak is to sear and cook to rare. Let rest 30min at least. Cut thick and sear on high with butter 2min each side max to crust.
-
Prime rib is the only steak house steak that I can't do. Not for lack of ability, I just can't find a prime grade rib roast anywhere!!!!!
-
I agree, unfortunately there aren't many steak houses that can actually cook a good med rare! :disappointed:
-
I love that the next choice after medium rare is over done! Lol

Remember core is not just your abdominal wall, but also your lower back muscles. Good posture now in your youth will help protect against injury as you get older. A strong core changes more visually than any other muscle in your body over a short period of time. Your core is your natural "corset" and it will serve you well to strengthen it!
