Horse Riding where does it fit

Hi All  ,

I am currently ride 3-4 horses a day every day ranging from 20min to 60min per horse, I am currently competing at 2* eventing on two of my horses as well as an FEI dressage horse and a baby 4yr old. As anyone who knows horses there is a big difference to learning to ride and going out for a hack to jumping or high level flatwork and i was wondering 2 things,

would i put this down as lightly active or moderatly active? I usually spend around 4-5 hours at the barn every night inc riding and stable chores

also i have just started Kayla Istines and was wondering if riding the horses counted as LISS or whether i should try and find some more time in a day to go for a walk.

Thanks in Advance

Lara

I would say moderate. Stable chores are no joke!

Definitely moderate I'd say. That's if you are doing stalls and feedings plus riding. I am getting into riding. 2-3 times a week on my 4 year old TBxPercheron. I view it as core work. eplqfjq34nvh.jpg
