You may just have to make sure when you have sugar you have a moderate amount of fiber or fats. Both fiber and fats lower the overall GI of a food.

If you are looking at it just because it is marketed to women I would say you are choosing to pay for marketing hype. Look at all your options. I have not tried either, so can't help with your choice between the two. I find an ECA stack to be quite effective and inexpensive.

No you are not alone, many people eat emotionally and chose to take no control over it. In the end it is your choice how you deal with your emotions. If you can't change on your own you may want to seek professional help, but the power to chose to overcome lies with you!

It is quite easy to tract threads you post in.... And there was no condescending, I truly believe it is sweet you think the post was just about changing what she drank for a week. Coconut oil is a short chain fatty acid so easer and more readily broken down for energy than many other fatty acids. I have no issues lifting on coconut oil, and lifting is what I do 90% of the time.

I take glutamine and bcaa's as well as a simple carb of some sort pre workout.
