MY husband eats 1/2 a tub of ice cream every night and offers me a bite for every bite he takes. I choose not to be in the room when he is having his ice cream. Have you tried supplementing with melatonin at night to make sure you get the sleep you need? I find warm broth helps, and so does enough caffeine to kill an elephant.

They aren't the one with a problem working out. Unless there are gym guidelines they are breaking you have two choices. Suck it up. Or Gym somewhere else.

I'm not taking a shower after work and before the gym to wash off perfume. If what others choose to do affects you so profoundly maybe you should get a home gym

I have been there when I was young. You need to eat. I found hot chocolate and ice cream helped me get my cals up. After a week or so I had a healthy apatite again and was able to eat wholesome foods. For now just get the cals in.

Yes it can be normal. Much of it can be water weight but it is also safer for larger people to create larger deficits. It will eventually even out and the closer to goal the slower you will lose. Congrats on your success and keep on keeping on!

If you want ice cream make it yourself. If you want cookies make them yourself. It takes more work and time this way and gives you time to think about what you are doing. Binges are hard to do on raw flour and eggs...

If you aren't tracking your food intake you will have a hard time stopping the scale movement. You don't have to give up any food, you just have to account for it and adjust the quantity to match your goals. You can take this as slowly as you want, but till you start tracking you will feel like you don't know what to do…

Log what a normal day is for a day or two. This will help you see what you are eating and what your big cal foods are. Next assess your food and choose where you are willing to cut cals. Next look to see of there are any things you can sub for lower cal versions.
