  • My macros for now are 88 gm protein, 93 gram fat, and 53 net carbs. I'm 200 lbs (down 6 lbs yay!) and doing cardio 20-25 minutes daily.
  • Hi ladies! Another vegetarian here- lacto, no ovo. It's doable, but you have to up carbs a bit- my goal is to stay close to 75. Not sure if that is considered Keto, but I'm losing weight! Would love some veg low carb friends.
