'If it fits your macros'. Google it and the website gives you a lot of info. Basically they just tell you to eat whatever you want as long as it fits your daily protein, fat and carb allowance (although carb allowance is small if you want to lose weight).

Well paleo doesn't strictly include fruit as paleo is a diet very low in sugar. It does allow occasional berries I think! I did paleo for around 2 years and lost some fat initially but then stalled. I don't think it's too high for weight loss. Protein keeps you satiated for longer than carbs. It will also help reduce 'muscle wastage' when trying to lose weight. MFP is a bit outdated with its recommendations IMO. It still sets a default of 1200 calories for the average person trying to lose weight. Better to do some…
