Sometimes i do yes. I dont try to to, but i dont starve myself if im hungry and im close to going over. Sometimes your body will crave more because you exercised more!

I don't eat extra calories if im not hungry. However, If i am hungry and it says i shouldnt eat more, i still do. Starving doesnt lose weight either.
