I don't count my calories at all. I used to log them, but I stopped logging them. I just eat under 20g of carbs a day. There were days that I would eat 2500 calories and days I would eat 800 when I was logging. I eat if I'm hungry and if I'm not then I don't eat.

You can check out youtube for workout videos. I love Windsor Pilates 20 minute workout and you wouldn't need your foot for that, but if you're in pain and can't move it at all it may be a little hard.

You were probably under 75 and like Stbarber1 said, You are still doing better than you would have before low carb so that is a good thing. Just make sure you don't starve yourself the rest of the day, if you are hungry eat something. There are lots of choices in food with 0 carbs.

I count eggs as 1 carb for every 2 eggs. I just keep it in my carb count for the day

You probably didn't do too bad if you want to be between 50 and 75, but it depends on what was in the sauces. Without actually looking it up and not knowing your serving size I would guess you had about 25 carbs, not including the sauces.

The first week is tough for most people. Hang in there another week. Your body is switching over to burning fat for energy instead of carbs. Once your body gets used to it, you'll feel great. Drink some chicken broth or beef broth and lots of water. It should help a little

I stay under 20g of carbs. I feel great. I have had great success in losing weight and it is very rare that I get a craving for anything sweet and when I do get that craving, I find something low carb to fix it.
