I only pay attention to my carb intake. I don't worry about the rest. I just eat when I'm hungry. If I had a high carb day, I would just be more prepared the next day

Some people say diet pops slow them down other say it doesn't so it depends on the person. You'll probably have to try a couple weeks without it to know for sure, but if you are losing an average of 2 pounds a week then I think you're doing great and the Pepsi Max doesn't seem to be slowing you down

Another nice little cheat is carb smart vanilla ice cream with Walden farm pancake syrup. It sounds gross but it is amazing, but an once in awhile treat. Also chocolate redi whip is great, but also not an everyday treat.

Isn't it the best! I get guacamole from aldis and it is a couple cheap and delicious meals for me. I have become obsessed. Today I threw some guacamole in some chicken salad and that was also yummy

I don't count my calories. I only count carbs, but I wouldn't worry about it. In she there are days you don't eat all your calories as well

I brought Babybels for the first time since I have started eating this way and all the carb eaters love them and eat them before I get a chance!

Carb Smart vanilla ice cream with some Walden Farm's pancake syrup drizzled on it is amazing! There are 4g of carbs/sugar per half cup serving so for me it is a special once in awhile treat, but it is really good.

There are lots of success stories on here. You will be very motivated by reading a few. I have lost about 115 pounds since July 21 following a low carb eating plan and I have about 25ish to go, but there are a ton of very motivational stories here. I always love reading this forum
