  • I just looked up 5DPT. There were several books. Does anyone have any advice on which one to get?

  • It sounds like we all have a lot of the same struggles. I did not realize that there was a book named 5DPT. I thought you just went back to basics. I will have to check it out. Thank you all for sharing your experiences.
