I think you're right....I need more food. Being hungry all the time is so hard. Maybe I'll up my fat intake to help feel satisfied. I just really want cheesecake!!! My body knows what it needs, right? haha.

Thanks everyone! I'm going to do it and see how I feel. For me it's a convenience thing when I'm busy working. I also have to work on becoming more organized in order to make my meals...very hard for me. I didn't read the label very closely. If it's got aspartame in it I'm not drinking it!

Thanks bpetrosky! I'll be logging my food and shakes for sure. I didn't post a ticker so not sure what you're seeing in my post. But thanks for the advice. I know it's good advice. I tried on some clothes today and was amazed at how much bigger I've become in the last 2 months, hence, my desperation.

wow!! Congrats on becoming healthy. You look great. It's never too late to influence your son. I believe that even if he doesn't participate yet, he sees you as being happier and healthier and he will benefit from your good example. Way to go!

I just started but I'm on this part of my cycle too. What I've done for the last couple of days is add an intense workout , burn a lot of calories then I can eat!!
