I gained 37 lbs from Sept-May 1rst and have lost 24 (yay) but am getting bored of just walking and occasionally doing abs/weights. So, I downloaded BOD this morning and am so excited to start using it. :). Going to do my first workout in a few. I would love some BOD friends if anyone here is interested!

I day dream....the longer I get caught up in it, the longer I go....if I think a out what I’m doing, it doesn’t last as long...I honestly try to stay away from reality when I’m working out....part of the reason I enjoy working out is to get away from reality! :)
