Yea that's the same thing! I'm in week 3 right now. My eating has not been very healthy per say but thanks to the app I've been calorie counting and it's helped significantly. I haven't checked my weight loss yet, I'm going to wait for the official half way weigh-in at orangetheory to see my progress!
