I am on my first week of month 2 of insanity . . . . . . Lost 1st 6lb so far have just started the nutrition plan as I would like to see excellent results

I have only done insanity. Have just finished the recovery week. love the weight loss. Over a stone since mId Jan.(I started dieting before I found insanity) . I will be following this thread for ideas of what to do next. .

Its all about the effort put in not keeping up with the video. Go at your pace and dont hurt yourself. All your strength and fitness will come in time. I cant advise you on your wrist but input from doctor will set you on the right path with that one... finally. .. and importantly. ... have a blast. .. insanity is awesome…

I am not following the nutrition guide either. Just keeping very hydrated and watching my calories. I adjust what I eat to ensure I dont feel hungry or weak. Headaches and low moods let you know if you are not taking in enough
