Fantastic advice there! On my current journey I've learned not to be too hard on myself and to not be too strict, as long as im sticking within my calories. :)

Nope I've made sure I'm not depriving myself I've set a calorie goal of 2100 and typically end each day at 1800, i may just use the extra 300 i'm not using for cravings.

Yeah I guess you are both right, I've always come from the mindset it's all unhealthy and i shouldn't be eating it ALL lol (probably why I've failed in the past), I will plan to include some of it in my eating plan tomorrow and see how it goes. I think my main fear has been If i eat one bad thing it'll lead into an all out…

I use a separate tdee calculator to calculate my calories as i think mfp tends to drop the calories too low in my opinion. I seem to be dropping fat consistently now :) I also don't count my exercise calories and only stick to my base calories. As other's have also said, a week is really nothing to base fat loss on as it's…

It's supposed to be 8 cups, but i just drink when I'm thirsty or slightly parched. It does actually come out to 8 cups though at the end of day which is weird lol :)

This is actually a good question. I think it's due down to the exercise making you more hungry and which can lead to over eating in some people. But will be interesting to see what other people's thoughts are.

Couldn't agree more with this quote. You need to do something that you can consistently keep to and make it a lifestyle change! If the Whole 30 plan is something you can keep to for the rest of your life...then fantastic, do it. But if you don't see yourself sticking to it after it's done, then why do it? :)

Hey and welcome! :smiley: I also have anxiety (agoraphobia) and I agree with you that eating healthier definitely does help. I use this site/app to track calories and my meals mainly and now i'm doing this properly I've started to use the forums :) (I'll see you an add in a second.

Yup could be a great tool if you are tracking correctly. I personally just keep to my calories each day and then reset the following day, I like eating all i can each day so i'm not tempted to binge.
