BW in lb's = grams of protein. 133g, 532 cals. Calories should be around 1800. 15% for fat. Around 270 cals, around 30 grams. The rest with carbs. 45% carbs, 1000cal's 250grams.

If you aim for 1200, unless you weight EVERYTHING you will more than likely be eating more. Try carb cycling for something new, and eat around 50-70g of fat per day.
