  • l found the only for me is working out it helps so much when losing weight.you have to tone while you lose weight. it is hard to fit it all in .there are only so many hours in a day.hats off to all of us with our weight loss
  • I find it takes 7 days for me to to break my self of bad habits.you keep up the good work! its a very hard think to losing weight.good luck
