Working on abs as well. Afraid of having extra skin if I lose anymore weight. I'm 127lbs ; 5'4" I do 150 crunches with alternating planks. For example 50 crunches 1 min plank, repeat 2x's attached are photos. With my arms down it's clear I have excess fat, arms raised my abs r forming [*]

Miunya, A symptom of PCOS is insulin resistance/pre-diabetes. Your doctor will look at a series of things and advise you. Try a low carb food choices. Sounds like u are on the right path and taking the necessary steps to regain your focus. Try not to talk negative to yourself and continue to plan your deserts and meals so that u don't feel deprieved and less likely to over indulge on deserts. You're human just like the rest of us and we tend to be creatures of habits :)…

This is exactly what I needed. I'm going to use this as a daily affirmation. I'm at maintenance level and realized how programed we are to loath our bodies. We must be mindful how we talk to ourselves <3

I'm in the same situation and I've searching for tips on how to improve it. It looks bad when I plank but I still have some adipose tissue underneath. I'm concerned that if I loose anymore weight it will get worse. I even considered re-gaining 10-15lbs....Do u think wearing slim wear will help the skin shrink?

I can totally relate. I've lost my desired weight thru exercise and calorie restriction. However, when I eat sweets they don't taste the same, I don't get the same emotional pleasure but I find myself binging on them if I dont put them out of site. For example cookies or snack cakes....open to suggestions

Congrats! On your decision your daughter is lucky to have you. My personal recommendation is that we brake the journey into segments(from experience). It's going to be awesome to track the activities that u can do with your daughter :)
