Sometimes I do a tablespoon of peanut butter or cashew butter. That seems to work ok for me or fruit like a pineapple.

Thanks for the info. I just started doing 1200 calories per day. And I'm doing some eliptical and treadmill workouts at the gym burning around 500 calories. Just wanted to make sure I'm doing enough.
