Hey there, When doing the warm up, 12 rounds and cool down (not the extra abs) I usually burn around 420 calories. Although I never fully trust heart rate monitors so I always bring it down to around 350 to be safe. Hope this helps!

Vodka and sparkling water has quite a low calorie amount and sparkling water has no sugar which is great compared to sodas that are usually paired with vodka. Not a lot of people like the taste though but you do get used to it.

I've lost around 16lbs since June last year. I made some small changes that I felt were maintainable for the long term+I feel healthier+happier. I've reached my goal weight but have set a new target so will try to keep at it+work on toning up too :-)

Agree with everything debubbie said! Those are some good points to follow and try to stick with. I started weighing my food and logging everything and it definitely make me so much more aware of what I was eating! It's very hard to continue eating healthily but when you've come so far you just have to know that you've done…

You've been doing so well :-) just try to stay strong and remind yourself that you're doing well and there's no need to break that good spell. You don't need the food you're craving, you only want it out of habit and the longer you can stay away from it the easier it will be to break that habit x

I know this is old but I noticed this about my beurer heart rate monitor too. I always take between 100-150 cals off what the HRM says I've burned to make sure I'm not kidding myself. The HRM can be unreliable at times too - picking up no heart rate even though I'm sweating or picking up on a relatively high heart rate…

I always have some calories left over but find it hard to know what to eat later on in the evening that won't be too filling or too high sugar etc. Anyone have any suggestions?

They're a good/healthier alternative to pancakes, although if you're expecting them to taste the same you'll probably be disappointed. They're a good snack and taste better with some cinnamon added in. I think I'll try them with the oats and yoghurt next time!
