I usually buy a pack of kiwis and some yoghurt and bring them in at the start of the week. I find that handy because there's no preparation involved really.

I'd be disappointed and pissed! They lied for all that time and were clearly unsure about getting married....what else have they been lying about? I'd want to know what STD it was too and if it was gone or not. Some can be treated but never go away.

Yes, I've reached my original goal and I'm not 100% happy (although much happier) so I plan to lose a small bit more while staying within the healthy weight for my body type of course.
