Thanks. I adjusted my goals. I am 95% a vegan so I eat tons of plants so I know about fiber.

Absolutely eating out is not good. I have had to stop, or just get veggies or a salad with balsamic.

Ok, I have been doing good until today. I was tired and binged on ginger snaps. Sounds silly to type it. Makes me mad at myself.

I am in my 60s. Sorry to tell you that my body just doesnt metabolize alcohol right anymore. I suffer when I drink, and who has just 1? Not me. So I have given up alcohol. Darn.

The MDs is a great scale, mine was cheap and there is a 7 lb difference.

Eat fiber, it will fill you up, take longer to digest and is healthier. So that is veggies, potatoes. Roast them, so good. Dont slather them with fats though. Good luck.
