How do I scroll through the groups?

Photonurse- I am doing laps. Started about 2 weeks ago, so I'm still getting my routine down. I do laps for a while, and then do some aerobic exercises while in the water, and then go back to the laps. I repeat that for 1 hour.

I'm like you. I snack throughout the day and have small meals. I work in a place where I'm alone 3 days a week, so I have to find stuff to bring to eat throughout the day. Gets tough. I love grapes though, I'll have to go get some!
