I have done this in the past and really enjoy how I feel doing this. I did not do this in just 30 days however. I had to wean into this doing it a few days a week up to 6 days a week. I have hurt myself too many times before.

Same here. I have had a difficult time getting motivated. I am hoping the time is right now.

I had to move two 20' trailers of furniture and household items from one apartment to another on the second floor. So no specific workout but I am exhausted. Btw, today was a 15 to 25 below zero wind chill. Is that considered a type of workout?
