After wearing my wedding ring on a different finger for several years, I am finally able to wear it on the correct finger! :-)

LF cottage cheese, almonds, light string cheese, couple slices of deli meat, beef jerkey, hard boiled eggs, peanut butter, grrek yogurt or protein bar/shake.

Turkey sausage, turkey bacon, egg (whites), whole grain english muffin with peanut butter, fruit or smoothies are my go to breakfasts. I am not a banana fan, but will slice and put on top of english muffin or toast with PB.
