Hey yall I'm kym I love dancing plus I got some extra pounds to lose . . I have a much fun with just dance exercising for an hr every morning so far lost 2 lb in 3-4 day hell yeah

Cal goal is 1800. Trying to reduce sugar and carbs and exercise every day

Just started a this current weight 226 lb Feb 2nd doing just dance 2 for an 1 hr a day plus walking /jogging 30 min a day let's hope this works =)
