  • I've been in that spot before, and still struggle with it sometimes. It's hard. It sounds like you know what you have to do, you just have to choose to do it one meal at a time. Instead of going through the drive thru, I got a salad from the grocery store, things like that.

  • Ya it took me a while too. If I remember right, in the MFP app go to settings and choose "apps and devises" find the Fitbit app in the list, there are two, one for the scale.   • I weigh myself every morning using the Fitbit scale. Little pricy but I like seeing the overall progress. Plus when I see the scale go up, it motivates me to go out and be active.
