  • The only think I can offer is to make sure you are being active is some way as well. I have a good friend who lost 20lbs by cutting down calories AND walking 3 miles every evening after work. She lives in a really nice complex so the walk was enjoyable for her. If you are looking for faster results I would add daily walks…
