Daily Post Tuesday Tracked: Yes Calories: Yes Exercise: Yep - water aerobics day. Tried a new harder water workout, it was fun. But I have been warned my arms will likely hurt tomorrow. I am looking forward to it. Lol, I am becoming so weird.

Daily Post Monday Oct 8th Tracked: Yes Calories: under Exercise: Yes - workout video at home Day went well. Nothing exciting because I was pretty busy. But got all the components in for a healthy lifestyle.

Weekly Weigh-in October week 2 Username: momma3times Previous Weight: 245.6 Current Weight: 245.4 Stayed within calories this week. But struggled with type of foods and broke my IF schedule. Goes to show that with PCOS and insulin resistance, a calorie is not just a calorie. Hopefully I can get a better drop next week.
