While I was walking this morning a car pulled over to talk to me. It was a man I have never seen before. He said "I think your doing an amazing job, I see you our here all the time" he totally made my day

I am 5' 2" and at 165 pounds now (still going) I am in size 8 jeans and shorts (some 6 if they have stretch) and medium shirts usually (some large)

I have lost 65 pounds in 6 months. I cheat at least once a week, and usually two times. I don't go crazy I eat my normal low cal breakfast and lunch and then have a "cheat" dinner. 4 times since I started I have really gone crazy (wine and cheese party, trip to watkins glen ) and I still had losses! We still have to live!!

271 calories 6 tablespoons egg whites, 59 grams of a roma tomato, 21g of low fat feta, 1 slice low calorie wheat bread (45 calories ) 3 turkey sausage links (banquet ), coffee with 5 grams of vanilla protein powder!

I have 44 pounds left to lose and I have been losing around 1.4 the past 2 weeks. Previously I had been losing around 3. I have food scales measuring cups etc... I'm doing everything right or obviously I wouldn't have been successful so far. I do have one cheat day per week but Nothing crazy usually around 1600 calories…

Thanks, it just gets frustrating sometimes. I do some form of cardiovascular every other day (eliptical or stationary bike) I walk (with 20 pound weights in a back pack) at least 3.5 miles every day and every other day I do 2 rounds of the 7 minute excercise app. I average 20,000 steps a day and drink usually 20 glasses of…
