  • 30 day shred is a great workout and you will see results if you work hard. I frequently get on the treadmill for 20 to 40 minutes beforehand because it seems I need to be really warmed up before I do it or I get too winded. I am on level 3. It's hard but it's fun, too.
  • Actually had a response from the MFP tech people after another member got in touch with them regarding the same question. They do not have plans to add approximate calories burned for programs such as p90x, 30 day shred, tae-bo, etc. as of yet.
