Hey folks, been a while since I chimed in. Busy with work and all stopped me dead in my tracks but I maintained! Back to the gym for about two weeks and am now sitting at 250lbs from 266lbs at my last weigh in.

Oh absolutely, I've had a 2 litre bottle of water sitting next to me the whole day. And good work on that! Remember to keep in mind you should eat something light maybe every 2-3 hours. For breakfast I tend to have a bowl of cereal like Weetabix (Like a tastier version of porridge), Rice Krispies or Corn Flakes with a cup of tea (No sugar, drop of whole milk). Took the weigh in today (Even though I posted a very late Sunday weigh-in for last week's thread.) Sitting at a still-unhealthy 295lbs, but down a pound since last Sunday. Hit the gym for the second time this week tomorrow afternoon and then Friday and possibly Sunday, so I SHOULD be down to 292-293lbs come next Monday.

Current weight as of this thread, 296lbs (-92lbs lost so far!). Sundays are hard, my ma's fry-up game is too strong to resist and we get bread from a bakery. Only time during the week I have any white bread, but I consider it a treat.
