No worries, we're all just pushing through and doing what we can to support each other through the journey.

I had a good 3 days since weigh-in, then I was frustrated by Fitbit issues and insomnia last night which culminated in a mini binge. Regret has set in this morning. 😑 Back to the grind today! The stumble is just another opportunity to regain balance and never, ever, ever, quit! Happy Monday friends!

Gotcha! I relate to the learning experience. I continue to learn every day, the important part is applying the lesson.

My weigh-in was underwhelming. That's all I got right now. More later when my mood improves.

Loving all of these updates! Congrats to all of you "losers"! No matter what that scale says, remember to just keep going and celebrate the wins off the scale as well.

Welcome! A car accident and a baby are both big life changing/challenging events. Glad you are here!

Welcome! Let's do this!

Great choices and outcomeast night! Your willpower was impressive. I weigh tomorrow as well. I've had an up and down week with food and exercise, so we'll see how that plays out on the scale.

Posting an after pic on my 55th birthday (in late September) after being off social media for over a year. I've lost about 35 lbs so far, hoping to get to 55 lbs by then (55 by 55!). It's going to be tough, but fingers crossed.

Congrats, that is such a good feeling when the scale behaves! I don't envy you on the headache from carb/sugar withdrawal. Hope everything levels out soon.

Excellent! You will be in "onederland" by Labor Day!
-
Welcome! Looks like you've worked really hard with those numbers and your goal is so close! Enjoy the rest of your vacay!

Awesome! I need to incorporate more weights into my workout regimen. I weigh on Friday too. Fingers crossed for us! Suzanne

Yes, the challenges are there, but as long as we wake up the next day and try again that's the key to making the permanent changes we want. I had a really good Friday and Saturday, Sunday was basically my "day off" (not planned) and yesterday was a mixed bag, but ended well. That's really life though, a series of good,…

Tonight I made the decision to do 25 minutes of cardio instead of skipping it because I was tired, and also I chose to eat 52 calories of grapes instead of a 150 calorie chocolate ice cream bar. I share this because it's an example of the kind of choices I still struggle with daily. I didn't have my best day with calories…

Welcome! You're amongst friends here! I too gained back weight that I lost, so I totally get it. Let's just take it 1 day at a time and see where we end up around Labor Day!
