  • So I've decided to prep and start on Sunday! Starting my meal planning now and following Keto diet. I need to lose about 50 lbs.
  • I've been on ip since October and have lost 37 pounds. I have hypothyroidism so the weight loss has been slow but in losing. Also I'm happy to say I no longer an considered diabetic. Yeah!!! Always looking for ip friends.
