After working out and drinking lots of water yesterday I've lost 2 pounds overnight!! I'm now 65.9kg thank god!! I feel like it is working but I can't notice anything on my body yet only the scales! Thanks for the comments guys! I understand about MFP a lot better.

When I have a cheat I like to have popcorn or a wrap of some sort. It's naughty food that tastes yummy but won't add on all those calories that a pizza or a Indian will for example!! try baking some "healthy" muffins. They will feel like a treat but won't hurt the scales!!
