With all those veggies I would have gone for the mozzarella.

To the newcomers. Feel free to add me as a friend! Hit today's exercise goals! Feels good. @shirayne Way to go! Pushing away my plate when I feel full is so hard for me!

It's the weekend. It can be the hardest time for people. Including myself. I'm off this weekend and it's snowing. I really need to keep my motivation to move going. Let's make this a great weekend! My goals are to do an hour of cardio both days, plus some strength training exercises. And I want to work on organizing my…

If you are working out hard and not eating enough you won't lose weight as well. If you make sure you fuel your body your muscles work better and they help you to burn calories more efficiently. You are also more likely to burn off fat rather then deplete muscle.
-
@wazzunicki You can stick to it!
-
Just did 5 and little more Leslie Sansone miles before my 2 year old woke up. Feeling good!
-
@shirayne Just wanted to make sure you weren't trying to go under 1500 a day. If people are active we still need fuel to stay active and lose weight. You are doing great!
-
@shirayne How many calories are you try to stay within? Is it too low? Sounds like your body was craving protein! @swarren1037 Great job on not eating out! We had issues with that too. So, I had to start planning out suppers on a weekly basis so when the what's for dinner question happened we don't just take the easy…

How is everyone doing so far this week?
-
@tra12378 Sounds like you are off to a good start.
-
@kittycopper Hopefully if you get some exercise into your day it will lesson your anxiety and depression and help you sleep better!
-
@kittycopper One of the easiest ways I have found to get exercise in is just getting up earlier and making it priority number 1. That way no matter what comes at you the rest of the day at least you got a great start.

Hello everyone! I have over 100 to lose. I started this journey at the beginning of November. I am down 27 lbs so far. I break up my weight loss goals into 25 lb increments. So I'm working on my 2nd 25. I use a fitbit for daily motivation. I also have picked a monthly challenge the past three months. 1st month squats, 2nd…

@silver12176 I wasn't implying you didn't eat less. When I track calories I do it on MFP. It is linked to my fitbit. Is yours set up like that?
-
@silver12176 Well, if you have a lazy day you shouldn't eat as many calories. I don't use it for calorie count though. I just use it for motivation to move. I have attainable goals, but on lazier days I do have to make sure I put forth some effort to meet them.
-
If you don't have a fitbit I would get one and just start walking! It's amazing how just having that thing to remind yourself to get up and moving helps so much!
-
I would change up your cardio routine. Make sure you are increasing weights with your strength training to challenge yourself. I am not a fan of daily calorie counting. It stresses me out. But occasionally when weight loss slows I do so to check in with myself and see if I'm taking in the right amounts.

My start weight was 285 November 1st. I am within 2lbs from hitting my first 25 lb weight loss. My ultimate goal is to be under 200. I try and make it to the gym 2 or 3 times a week. But with work and a 2 year old that isn't always convenient. I got a fitbit for Christmas and love it. Daily motivation to get this butt…

You can do this! I say find at least one way to burn calories that is more "fun" and doesn't feel like work. Make sure you get your water in. Not to feel full, but I honestly feel like it makes your whole system work better. Add me if you want. I gave 100+ pounds to lose so I will be around here for a long time!!

Portion control is hard for me too. Plain and simple I love food. But it's a process of getting your stomach to realize you have had enough. I do really well all say then supper is my biggest portion challenge. But if you have counted calories in the past you know what you should eat. So just take a mental calorie count…

You guys can add me. I have lots to lose. Almost hit my 1st 25 lb loss.

I am also a binge eater! But this time through my weight loss journey I'm using Plexus Slim products. They are making a huge difference. I don't even eat before bed now. And when I start to feel full I can push my plate away and just be done. Just starting counting calories again this week, but I'm down 23 lbs since the…

Hello! Anyone can add me. Almost at my 25 lb loss. Using eating healthy, exercise, and Plexus Slim. I also have a fitbit.

So sorry to hear about your losses! I'm taking the Wright loss journey as well.
