This made me giggle a little because I was excited I got in 100 Oz before 4. You are doing great. The water really does help. It took me awhile to make myself used to 100+ ounces a day. @princesspayton Welcome!

Crazy schedules are hard! Food prep probably would help you. So you can grab and go in the morning with plenty of good foods to eat. To resist temptation on the quick and easy fast food. I would also say if you are exercising and basically start your days at the same time try to get up early enough to get some exercise in.

So far I'm putting in the effort physically and with food. Still looking to finish this month feeling good. I noticed when I was running around the yard today breathing is much easier. I don't get winded quickly. Love that NSV.

Sounds like a very good for you snack @vschwgrt. One of my go to snacks for the drive home from work is just an apple. It really helps me from walking in the door and grabbing the first thing I see to eat.

I have been down this path before and had trouble with fatigue. Exercise helped increase energy, protein, and water. @bregalad5 My scale gives me a BMI rating. And I am happy it does. The initial number was pretty scary! But as I'm losing its nice to see that number go down. Very reassuring when the pounds aren't moving, but my BMI is because then I know I'm still doing ok and those pounds will be gone soon too.

@SaraD72 I can't keep daily track of my calories. It overwhelms me. Stresses me out and I eat more. I have to just mentally do it in my head. I also have to stay educated and aware of what I take in so I have a good estimate of my intake.

NSV this morning. Pushed away my breakfast plate when I knew I would be full rather then just finishing that delicious food. My bf plated it, so they was twice as much as what I have been eating.
