Day 10 done. Down 4 lbs. :) Saturday start level 2. Tomorrow I'll be out and about. Giving my shins a rest too. They're kind of hurting today

Day 8 done! Upped my weights today too.

Day 7 done today. Had to take rest yesterday since my little was hanging off my legs. Lol. Is everyone going right into Level 2. I'm thinking of staying in level 1 a little while longer. Not sure if I'm ready for level 2. I need to check it out to see what the difference is

I was only able to get halfway through Day 6. My baby girl wasn't feeling well and she needed me. Back on it tomorrow.

Berenice 32 5'8 215 (after birth of daughter in Feb) 170 lbs. 145lbs. (prebaby weight) Stay at home mom. I was pretty fit up until I became pregnant and ate badly. Gave birth in Feb to baby girl. Need to lose 25 lbs! Hoping this is a good way to kick start the weight loss again. I seem stuck.
