Good morning. I had a great weekend. Lots of accomplishments with my staying active. I kept away from the sugar this weekend and I am so proud of myself. I did feel like something sweet last night. last night no late night snacking. i actually ate dinner early and i didnt have anything after 7pm.

OMG. I so need to stop snacking after I have dinner. I don't want to have tea or water because then I will have to wake up and go to the bathroom. I will be mindful and not have any snacks in my room or go to the kitchen after I have gone upstairs to bed. Its a struggle. But at least I am not alone.

I would like to try this challenge. I had a goal in mind and I didn't make it. I just want to have a healthy relationship with food and exercise. I am being motivated to go to my gym more but the food part needs more work. I will keep going and not give up.
