  • Hi and welcome. I have been attending WW meetings for years, but I find tracking here on MFP the most helpful. I continue to go to meetings to keep accountability and hear great general tips on mindful eating and mindfulness in general, but I track calories instead of smartpoints.   • I attend Weight Watchers meetings, but I only use MFP to track. I find tracking calories to be more accurate for me than the new WW program.   • I work in a sedentary office job as well. The only way I get in my steps is if I start off the day with 5,000+ steps. I run or do whatever type of exercise I'm going to do that day in the mornings. 5am-6am is my walking, running, exercise time.
