I eat it bc it's good for me. It's high in vitamin d and mine is low. I would rather get the vitamin d through healthier food choices. I have to force myself to eat healthy foods bc I don't like most of them. I want to lose weight the healthy way. @jkwolly @wizzybeth

@EWJLang I wasn't giving anyone advice, I was just trying to be funny. Whether it's good to weigh 2 times a day or just once a week is strictly up to the person. Weight loss is not a one size fits all. As far as obsessing over the number on the scales, I do weigh everyday, and that can be an obsession, too.

@EWJLang, It just depends on the person. Some people don't feel the need to check everyday, and some people do. Some people find it discouraging. So, to each his own. ☺

Haha! @kaylacarol1989, I know what u mean. It's pretty discouraging when I feel like i m starving myself, only to step on the scales and it not move. Even though I know I m gonna fluctuate from day to day, I want them numbers to go down!! I try to only count Friday as my official weigh day. ☺
