@comrie89 I have always used a notebook to keep up with my progress ( I m old school lol). But, I like mfp mostly for motivation, accountability, and I like to see others progress. Good luck to u!

@corporatelawmom this is something I m very familiar with. I m ready to overcome it! Now that I m motivated. The real issue is when I m not motivated that I need to discipline myself and stick to eating healthier. Good luck to u! We have so much potential within us!

Thank u @whoffmanz. I will be super motivated for a while and then I ll lose it and it's a pain to get it back! I know that's when the discipline should kick in bc u aren't gonna always "feel" it, that is what i really need to focus on overcoming, pushing through when I don't feel like it. @Kruggeri I dont pay attention to the net most of the time. I m doing 1200 cals. I dont eat back what i exercise. I dont do a lot of cardio unless i eat over the 1200, then i add some to keep my steak going. I am doing some strength exercises regularly.

@bengal512 #2! I do find the # of days logging into mfp to be a slight motivation to help with dieting. But keeping track of the # of days I stay within/under calories to be a HUGE motivation for me!! It has helped me sooo much. I have never kept a streak going for 18 (now 19) days! The accountability of posting it daily…

ROBOTFOOD, 21 days! That's awesome! I haven't really kept up with mine til recently and I only went 8 days without going over my cals. Lol! But I started a new one yesterday!
