Look into 21 day fix if u are new to weights. It really makes a huge difference when u lift and build muscle.

Hey girlie. I have tried Thu app before with my trainer and loved it. Now I'm doing something else but love to encourage people. Keep up the good work and don't get dis outraged if u have a bad day. Just get back on the plan

Hey girl! Way to go! Setting your mind is the first step. I hear us with the food issue. I gained 50 lbs after moving to Texas and having two kids. I have lost about 20lbs right now and starting to do 21 day fix to work on nutrition. I'm not an expert but willing to be a friend.
