I'm 5' and weigh 168.... In trying to eat my cal goal of 1500 but I never really seem to make it over 1200 if that much... And my diary is horrible.... But right now I'm eating what we have in the house.... I find it hard to find time to exercise... I live on 20 acres , im outside alot if the time feeding or cleaning…

Height 4'11" Weight 172 Mini goals 10% of current weight Long term goal 130 at least ( I need to look at a BMI chart) I'm 36 yrs old wife and mother and I just want to get healthy and get my family healthier..... New here.... I feel as though I've tried everything and I just can't seem to loose ANYTHING I just seem to gain.... I feel I need some support and some accountability.....I need and want to loose the weight to become a healthier person and to get my family fit and healthy.... Family friendly is a MUST!!!!
